Follow this road all the way towards Portsea and Sorrento. As you come to the coast road you will drive through Rosebud, Tootgarook and onto Rye. Cancellations received within 48hours of arrival date will incur a charge of the first nights room tariff. Management reserves the right to charge total tariff should the length of the stay be reduced. Cancellation outside the 48 hour prior to arrival date, will incur a 15% administration fee. Best Western One Four Nelson has been purposely built for the conferencing and adult market, although well behaved older children are welcome. Primary Guest Credit Card details MUST be supplied, and 15% non-refundable deposit will be charged to credit card immediately by Best Western One Four Nelson to secure reservation. Balance of total room tariff is payable upon arrival at Best Western One Four Nelson, and Licence I.D, required at check in.
